Jenni "JWoww" Farley is determined to get in top shape before her wedding to bodybuilder Roger Mathews this summer, and has been working out to ensure she looks as good as possible.
The reality TV star posted an Instagram photo of herself at the gym, where she flaunted her flat abs and toned limbs. “Good genetics make [my abs] relatively flat," she has said. "When I gain weight, I don’t gain in my stomach. I do in my face and arms.”
JWoww, 26, has been sporting a slimmer physique recently, after having gained a few pounds several months ago. Farley, who lost over 15 pounds in 2012, transformed her body by following a low-carb diet, cutting back on alcohol and dairy and exercising up to two hours a day.
JWoww's rigorous workouts typically consist of 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training. Farley says her bodybuilder fiance is her fitness trainer.
JWoww, who recently quit smoking, currently stars on the MTV reality show "Snooki & JWoww," with her former "Jersey Shore" co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.
