Juventus FC stays in the lead of Serie A on Sunday by defeating Atalanta BC 4-1 on Sunday morning for round 17.

As reported by ESPN Deportes on Sunday, Juventus took a commanding victory as guests over Atalanta. The game was tied 1-1 at the break, but Juve scored three more in the second half.

The goals scored for Juventus were made by Argentine striker Carlos Tevez (6’), French midfielder Paul Pogba (46’), Spaniard striker Fernando Llorente (75’), and Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal (79’).

The lone goal scored by Atalanta BC was made by Argentine midfielder Maximiliano Moralez in the 15th minute.

The victory for Juventus FC gave the defending champions assurance for the leading spot in the Italian soccer league for another week. As for Atalanta BC, they remain in 15th place.

Juventus FC is trying to get their third consecutive title in Serie A, Italian domestic league, for the 2013-2014 season.
