Justin Timberlake premiered his new video on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in an effort to promote and spread the word about the message presented in it. "People" reported on March 20 the romantic story behind the video that never even shows Timberlake’s face.

On Jan. 12 a man proposed to a woman on a train traveling from Long Island to New York with Timberlake’s love song “Not a Bad Thing” playing. Nobody knows who the couple is and two documentary filmmakers have set out on a quest to find this mysterious couple. One of the filmmakers says in the video, "We don't know who these people are, or what their story is, but maybe you do. We're making a documentary about finding love. Have you seen this couple?"

The entire video features various couples talking about love and the struggles that come along with it. It also shows the filmmakers following various leads in their search for this couple. If anyone knows this engaged couple they are urged to reach out to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” or to Timberlake on Twitter.

The video ended with a new lead, but fans do not know yet if it successfully ended their search. The words “To be continued” appeared on the screen as the filmmakers exited their vehicle.

Time will tell if the couple surfaces so everyone can know their love story. Stay tuned for more updates!
