Justin Timberlake has mad respect for Britney Spears so he didn't tolerate the latest rumors that he disrespected the star by hurling an insult. After the performance alongside Jay-Z at the Super Bowl DirecTV party on Sunday night, he had to defend his remarks that many thought were towards Britney Spears.
“Sometimes in life, you think you found the one,” said Justin Timberlake on stage. “But then one day you find out that she is just some b***h.” While he never dropped names and he wasn't implying anyone in particular, some people thought he suggested Britney Spears.
On Sunday he laid those thoughts to rest and immediately posted his appreciation to Britney Spears along with a massive correction for people who like to assume.
“Ok. I see you. Wouldn't disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though*with accent* #Respect,” tweeted Justin Timberlake from his official Twitter account on Sunday.
While the rumor has been debunked, Justin Timberlake is still dealing with the repercussions of possibly being disrespectful to Britney Spears. Fans are coming to her rescue as the topic is trending on Monday, but as individuals find out, it is only a rumor.
