Riddle me this, riddle me that: who's afraid of Ben Affleck being the big, bad Batman in the upcoming Man of Steel sequel slated for release on July 17, 2015?
Certainly not Justin Timberlake, who would love to play the Riddler.
"So if I'm gonna play crazy, I'm wanna play proper crazy. I'm ready. The Riddler. Gimme a call" he said on Fresh 102.7's Jim & Kim Morning Show last Tuesday.
The role of the Riddler has been notably played by Frank Gorshin in the 1960s Batman television series with Adam West and Burt Ward, and Jim Carrey in director Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever in 1995 with Val Kilmer and Chris O'Donnell.
Justin, who reunited with *NSYNC at this year's MTV Music Video Awards, will be seen on the big screen September 27 with Affleck in the crime thriller Runner, Runner.
"I worked with Ben last summer and I've seen his process" he continued. "I think he's a brilliant filmmaker. I think he's an extreme talent, so he could surprise a lot of people."
