TMZ has reported on Jan. 3 that Justin Bieber was harassed by the photographer killed in a recent crash. Unidentified sources claim that the 29-year-old paparazzo repeatedly stalked the singer and lied about him. Chris Guerra was allegedly obsessed with Justin Bieber and followed him constantly.
Guerra was killed while he attempted to photograph Justin Bieber’s white Ferrari. The paparazzo was hit by another vehicle and had been previously warned by police to get out of traffic. It appears that Chris Guerra ignored the warnings and continued to photograph the Ferrari before slowly returning to his own car. He was hit by a 69-year-old woman, who has not been identified, while he was walking.
TMZ’s sources claim that this was not the first time that Chris Guerra had been chasing after Justin Bieber. He believed that the singer was in the white Ferrari with a pipe and shared this information with a friend before the crash occurred. Justin Bieber issued a statement shortly after the crash to clarify that he was not in the car or near the accident. Chris Guerra allegedly had a habit of lying about Bieber and following him.
The information provided by TMZ’s unidentified sources contrasts greatly with the statements made Chris Guerra’s friends. One paparazzo pointed out that Guerra was “a sweet, cool guy” who was kind to celebrities and understood boundaries. He admitted that Chris Guerra could be careless while trying to take photographs but insisted that he never created any problems or arguments.
