Justin Bieber tweets about drug photos: 'I never want to let any of you down'

Justin Bieber's alleged drug photos prompted him to tweet a message to his fans on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013.

It seems like the pop star is hoping to get his fans to believe in him despite the pictures of that were posted on TMZ of the 18-year-old "Beauty and the Beat" singer partying and holding what appears to be a blunt.

Bieber tweeted to over 32 million followers on Twitter, "Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better"

The tweet came one day TMZ posted photos of Bieber partying with friends, holding what the website states is "a smoldering blunt."

"I see all of u. I hear all of u. I never want to let any of you down. I love u and thank u."

Justin Bieber did not tweet specifically about the photos published by TMZ, but he seemed to send a message to his fans that he knows that he has to some new challenges to face as a celebrity music artist.

"U get knocked down, u get up ... Back on tour tomorrow. Ready to see u all smile. Time to do what I'm supposed to be doing. Performing."

The media is going crazy with this story and many people on Facebook and Twitter are already calling Justin Bieber a "pothead."

It won't be long before a few Mommy and Daddy bloggers on Twitter start calling him out for not being a suitable role model for his fans who are primarily teen girls.

However, he is an 18-year-old superstar and partying is not a new thing for those who have made it big in the pop world at this age.

As long as he takes control of the situation, gets some guidance, and doesn't pull a Lindsay Lohan, it's likely Beiber will be just fine.
