Justin Bieber turned himself into Toronto police, according to a Jan. 29 report by CNN.com. The pop singer was charged with assaulting a limousine driver, which happened a month ago.

Bieber arrived at the Toronto police station for booking two hours ago. The scene was chaotic as fans, photographers and reporters tried to get a peek at the troubled pop star. A dozen Toronto police offers made their way through the crowd as they got Bieber through the doors.

This in relation to an incident that happened on Dec. 30 at 3 a.m. A limousine driver picked up a group of six people outside a Toronto nightclub. An altercation took place between one of the passengers and the limo driver.

Bieber was reportedly one of the passengers that hit the driver on the back of the head several times, according to a police statement. The driver stopped driving to exit the limo and call local police.

Justin Bieber has quite the rap sheet for himself lately. He just got arrested at Miami Beach in relation to a drug racing and drunk driving incident. He's also being investigated by the LAPD for drug possession and an alleged drug attack.
