Justin Bieber surpassed Lady Gaga on twitter Tuesday. The entertainers have huge following bases on social media with millions of fans signing up to hear them talk in 144 characters. After dominating Twitter for months, Lady Gaga was passed by Justin Bieber with several thousand more Twitter followers.
On Tuesday Justin Bieber had more than 33,344,000 followers while Lady Gaga had over 33,338,000 followers. While the couple thousand difference isn’t even comparable to others who have followers in the thousands, the supreme domination of the social media platform goes to whomever has the most Twitter followers.
While the fan bases of the two artists are looking to continue to rally support, there isn’t any doubt the fight of the top artist on Twitter will go on for several weeks. Thankfully the competition is friendly with fans looking to spread the word about Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga.
