Justin Bieber tweeted out messages today in an apparent attempt to appease fans, or better yet young fans’ parents, as he was caught on camera holding what appears to be a marijuana joint. TMZ first published the photos of Justin Bieber holding what they described as “a smoldering blunt” in a hotel room, just one day after the photographer was killed crossing the street to take pictures his white Ferrari in L.A.. Bieber, 18, just told “Top of the Pops” that, “Normally I make good, sound decisions. You don’t have to worry about me. My parents trust me”. The Orange County hotel room where the pics of Justin and friends were taken was said to be jammed with smoke. Supposedly knowing he was caught with his proverbial pants down, the 18 year-old “Baby” singer is taking preemptive action to quell the controversy over his pot smoking with his tweets today. The Biebs didn't address the pot-smoking pics directly, but rather alluded to facing “new challenges” and “new doubters”, according to Us magazine today.
“Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better. U get knocked down, u get up”, the pop-star posted on Twitter Jan. 5. “I see all of u. I hear all of u. I never want to let any of you down. I love u.
“I'm ready. We are ready. See u all tomorrow and everyday after that," he added. "Back on tour tomorrow. Ready to see u all smile. Time to do what I'm supposed to be doing. Performing”.
Justin Bieber didn’t address the photos directly in those tweets, but rather alluded to them. He then thanked his more than 32 million Twitter followers for their support, according to Access Hollywood.
