It's very sad Christmas news for tens of millions of Beliebers worldwide to have heard news that Justin Bieber is serious about retiring from music. MTV reported on Dec. 25, 2013, that Bieber has given his fans an actual lump of coal for Christmas by announcing that he's really retiring. Bieber tweeted out his final decision to retire on Christmas.
It appears a large part of the reason for Bieber's decision to quit at the top at such a young age has been the many assaults on his character in the media. He tweeted, "The media talks a lot about me. They make up a lot of lies and want me to fail, but I'm never leaving you, being a Belieber is a lifestyle."
Bieber is absolutely right, being a Belieber has become a lifestyle for a lot of people who will still be looking to him for inspiration in all they do in life. Bieber remains very important to his fans and he has displayed how responsible he feels about this by also tweeting, "Be kind to each other, forgive each other as God forgave us through Christ. Merry Christmas. I'M HERE FOREVER."
E! Online has confirmed reports that Bieber has announced it's official, that he is really retiring from music. Fortunately panic among his fans will probably be avoided because of his message that he would never actually leave them. The bottom line is Bieber should do what he feels is best for himself at this time in his life.
However, it would be really sad to allow some bad media hype to waste such talent. There's always those kind of people around who have nothing nice to say about anyone. And so if Bieber changes his mind and decides to come back into the music scene, his fans would be pleased to have him back. His decision to retire is one decision Bieber shouldn't sign a binding contract for.
