Justin Bieber's tumultuous headline-making ways continue with the latest report regarding his illegal (and guzzling) abuse of sizzurp, a recreational drug consisting of codeine and promethazine, popular in the lean community.

Sources tell TMZ that the pop singer and his close friends like to drink the cough syrup concoction in heavy doses. Reportedly, the street value for the largest pint available is $800 and can only be obtained through a prescription or outside of the U.S.

The report indicates that Bieber is getting his fix through a connection in another country and downs between eight and 12 ounces per day.

Recently, the 20-year-old superstar came under serious police investigation following an egging incident on his neighbor's house, resulting in roughly $20,000 worth of damage. This could possibly be a felony charge. Upon a raid of Bieber's home looking for evidence connecting him to the crime, his friend Lil Za was arrested on felony drug possession for having Molly, a form of the drug Ecstasy, in plain sight.

This story is developing.
