Canadian native, Justin Bieber seems to be on a downward spiral with his recent trail of arrests. Although largely televised, Bieber's alleged illegal acts are apparently not bad enough to result in any real consequence.

The young artist, apparently still not feeling any remorse for his recent acts has been spotted in Panama drinking on a beach with friends.

Meanwhile, his toxicology report from the night of his DUI arrest was recently released and acquired by TMZ. According to the report Bieber had a significant amount of marijuana and prescription pills in his system.

The results, as obtained by the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine showed that Bieber had both THC and Alprazolam in his system. According to TMZ, the pop-star tested negative for other drugs.

Bieber's arraignment for his DUI arrest is set for February 14, however he is also facing assault charges after an altercation with a limo driver back in December.

The young singer turned himself into Toronto police and is reportedly claiming his innocence in the matter.

Although Bieber seems to be in the news for stories unrelated to his music, he still has a significant number of fans and celebrity friends supporting him through what could just be a phase that all young stars go through.
