Justin Bieber's new tattoo becomes No. 10 for singer (Video)

A tenth Justin Bieber tattoo was spotted over the weekend. Bieber took to Instagram to let the world know about his new tattoo and it has already caused a lot of buzz. A report from Monday (Jan. 7) sheds a bit of light on his thought process behind getting it.

The tattoo is a Native American wearing a headdress, located on the back of his upper left shoulder. It is inspired by a hockey team in Canada, which certainly declares that he is a pretty big fan. There is even more back-story to why he went with this specific design though.

Bieber posted that, "My grandfather always took me to the Stratford Culliton every Friday night this is for you Grampa... My man @chenterios hooked it up." The translation of that post is that the hockey team is the Stratford Culliton and that Bieber remains a fan to this day.

This is now the second tattoo that Bieber has accrued in just the last month and the tenth total tattoo that he now has. The latest Justin Bieber tattoo might be considered a little controversial, though, especially with the Native American connotation given to markings like this. Odds are that this also won't be the last tattoo that he gets either.
