As a young boy, Justin Bieber learned about the plight of many abused dogs. He and his father used to visit shelters and see the condition of many rescued canines. Then, of course, he has his own pet dog “Sam”, a Papillion. Bieber got this canine after moving into a new town and needing a friend.
Bieber feelings towards dogs are so strong that he even did a poster for PETA2. Through this group, he was able to show his support for man’s best friend in a unique way. This singer’s willingness to work in this way shows he has more on his mind than just music.

how tragic that he directs his considerable celebrity impact towards groups like PETA, whose ultimate goal is the extinction of companion animals.
was Justin aware when he signed up that PETA kills more than 90% of the animals it takes in? that those are just the ones they report to the state of Virginia? that PETA employees killed hundreds more in the back of a van minutes after picking up HEALTHY ADOPTABLE ANIMALS from families and even veterinarians and threw them into Piggly Wiggly dumpsters?
Justin, please- continue to help the animals, but get educated about the true purpose, goals and activities of PETA. donate your time and effort to LOCAL cause and direct hands on care programs. so you really want to be the poster child for a group that encourages violence and criminal activity to children while killing animals by the thousands?
justin i am a cat lover than a dog lover because if they bite someone that you don't know can sue you. it doesen't mean that i don't like dogs but they are realy hard to take care of .
Justin your so awsome and have the best heart any singer or human being could have and i respect you 100% but like danielle said you need to research. My house just burnt down and i met a fireman who told me the same thing that danielle said. I'm 14 by the way. :)im taking care of my sisters friends german sheperd (who wont stop licking me but im ok with it) :) and im also taking care of my cat who we rescued off the streets (directly off the streets) and my black lab karlee ( she almost died in the fire)and my golden retriever chase and my springer spaniel oreo and my yellow lab jake. im telling you this because most of them i got from purebred owners who didnt want them and were going to take them to PETA. all except the cat and the golden and my black lab.
