Justin Bieber’s Ferrari driven by Lil Za stopped by cops in downtown LA

On Feb. 2, 2013, Justin Bieber’s Ferarri was stopped by police in downtown Los Angeles, but was absent the superstar singer. Instead, TMZ reports that Bieber’s buddy, Lil Za, was behind the wheel.

A waitress apparently saw the entire incident and said that around 12 noon, the car dropped off a female passenger in front of a Chipotle and then left, reports TMZ. The Ferarri then made a u-turn, according to the waitress, and was pulled over by police.

After about 20 minutes, Za was given a ticket and allowed to leave.

According to TMZ, just a day earlier Za was pulled over and given a citation for driving without a license.

Lately, Bieber and his exotic sports car seem to be surrounded by controversy. Just last month, the singer’s best friend, Lil Twist, was driving the car when a paparazzo was killed by another car after he exited his vehicle to get a shot of Bieber’s Ferarri.

In addition, the teen heartthrob has been photographed smoking what appeared to be a blunt as he partied with Lil Twist, Lil Za, and several others; he has reportedly ruined his relationship with Selena Gomez by allegedly engaging in a sexual act with another woman; and a picture posted online showed him grabbing the left breast of a young fan during a recent meet and greet.

Also, photos surfaced on Feb. 1, according to TMZ, that show the singer partying with Twist and Za with a large bottle of codeine present in the images.

According to LatinosPost.com, the codeine cough syrup, also called “sizzurp,” was “popularized by rapper Lil Wayne.”
