Justin Bieber’s bad birthday started in part because he’s friends with underage star Jaden Smith. According to a March 2 report by USA Today, the club where the Biebs tried to celebrate his big day has responded to Justin’s complaints about having the “worst birthday” by stating that it adheres to a strict age policy.
According to some reports, Justin left his own 19th birthday party because club security at London's Cirque du Soir wouldn’t let 14-year-old Jaden Smith into the club. Other reports claim that Justin left because of “aggressive paparazzi,” but based on the club's response to Justin crying about his birthday, it looks like the report about Jaden is accurate.
A spokesman for the club told E! News, “As a few of the members of the party were under the suitable age of 18, the security team at Cirque Du Soir, London, clearly explained this rule and refused entry to the club for anyone who could not provide us with adequate proof of age.”
As the response indicates, Jaden Smith wasn’t the only member of Justin Bieber’s party who was underage -- the female singer that Justin is rumored to be dating, Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke, is 17 years old, and it’s possible that 15-year-old Kylie Jenner was another star who was barred from entering the club.
MediaTakeOut recently claimed that Kylie Jenner is dating Jaden Smith and published a photo of Jaden snuggling up with a girl that resembles the reality show star. The site doesn’t reveal where or when the picture was taken, but it’s possible that one of the aggressive paparazzi in London snapped the photo.
So on one hand it’s nice that Justin didn’t abandon Jaden Smith, Kylie Jenner, and Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke by choosing to party without them, but on another, it says a lot about his character that he threw a fit because he wasn’t allowed to break the law -- it makes him look like an entitled brat. He probably thought that the club would risk losing its license by making an exception for his underage friends simply because he’s Justin Bieber.
