Justin Bieber pulls a Madonna in extra late concert start

Taking the stage a half hour after the time printed on a tickets is normal. Sometimes, it even goes to an hour. But yesterday, Justin Bieber took the stage two hours late for his show at London's O2 Arena. Fans rightfully booed.

Angry parents tweeted their displeasure and the fact that their kids were having to leave early. They couldn't believe that he was still not on stage at the O2 Arena when his concert was due to finish. There were also concerts that the British subway system would stop running before the end of the show.

Bieber isn't the only megastar who can't seem to arrive on stage on time. Last year, Madonna was known famously for not taking the stage until 10:30 p.m. or even later. Some accused her of starting as much as three hours late each night. To Madonna's credit, she did have an opening act, so she wasn't as late as everybody claimed.

Both Bieber and Madonna are fantastic performers and, perhaps, their perfectionism and wanting to give their best to the fans are what influenced the late start times. However, their actions end up being rude to the fans and may cost them ticket sales in the future.
