Justin Bieber is getting some help for his upcoming appearance on "Saturday Night Live." Former cast member / "30 Rock" star Tina Fey told MTV News at Sunday night's Oscars that she would return for the April 10 show, and that she already has plans for a certain teen singing sensation: "I'm gonna push those bangs out of his face like this [licks her finger], like a mother."
All right, so it's already pretty clear that Fey is having fun with the fact that Bieber is only 16 years old. However, he will still likely bring in a loyal following to NBC's late-night sketch show, and Tina does recognize his talent: "I'm excited...I like people who can really sing and I think he can really sing."
For Fey, the "Saturday Night Live" appearance is partly promotion as she will have an upcoming movie with Steve Carell, "Date Night," hitting theaters around the same time that the show airs. Justin Bieber, meanwhile, will still be celebrating the release of "My World 2.0."
Just in case anyone is wondering, Justin is in fact clamoring for Chuck Norris to be a part of "SNL" with him in some shape or form. For some reason unknown to all of mankind, Bieber only got wind of Chuck Norris humor a few months ago and has been exploiting it ever since.
Do you think Tina Fey is the perfect host to go along with Justin Bieber? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and stay tuned for more news.
