"He's such a great kid and my daughter just loves him. This is a silly mistake that he has made, probably because he is so young. He really deserves another chance. And he just might consider hiring himself a PR person or someone who can teach him what NOT to say," says San Francisco resident, Jackie Loudon, who recently witnessed the Chevron fire in Richmond.

Justin Bieber put himself in the good books of San Francisco residents by playing a free concert in the City by the Bay.

He did, however, manage to upset people in Canada by saying he was part Indian and that, because of that fact, he could qualify for free gas. He then went on to comment on Prince William's thinning hair and said he should simply buy some products to counteract that process. He then asked if the UK had such a product available.

His comments were unappreciated and one journalist said that Justin Bieber had insulted the future King of England who had managed to win the heart of the UK's most beautiful future queen. The journalist asked how Justin Bieber could compete with that.

Justin Bieber Manages to Offend People on 2 Continents
(NEWSER) – Justin Bieber is on a roll, and not in a good way: Over the past few days he's managed to offend both Brits and Canadian Aboriginals. Most recently, in an interview with Rolling Stone, Bieber discusses his nationality. Per the Hollywood Gossip: "I'm actually part Indian. I think Inuit or something? I'm enough percent that in Canada, I can get free gas," he said. The Congress of Aboriginal Peoples was not amused, responding, "These kinds of remarks are another example of what Aboriginal Peoples in Canada struggle with every day. It promotes the misconception that we are somehow getting a free ride."

Earlier, in an interview with Rollercoaster magazine, Bieber made the mistake of discussing beloved Prince William and his thinning hair. "I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia," Bieber said. "I don't know why he doesn't just get those things, those products. You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?" William's fans in the UK were displeased, the Huffington Post notes. "He needs to be swatted away," a British journalist says. "Wills may be thinning on top but he is one cool royal and landed himself the hottest future queen England has ever had. How can Justin and his girly hairstyle possibly compete with that?"
