It just hasn’t been Justin Bieber’s week. He started off with worst 19th birthday ever and now he has lots of angry fans. Bieber isn’t use to getting boos when he steps on stage but that was not what happened when he stepped on London’s O2 Arena stage Monday night, according to USA Today on March 5.
Bieber was set to start the show in London at 8:30 p.m. but did not start the show until 10:30 p.m. Bieber took the stage and sang many Michael Jackson songs, but never gave an explanation as to why he was late.
Bieber did take to Twitter on Tuesday morning to give a little bit of an explanation with a series of tweets.
“since i have been here it hasnt been easy with the press at times but I have loved it. so let me say this...
last night i was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go o stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues i got on at 10:10..so...
i was 40 min late to stage. there is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset. However it was a great show and Im proud of that
i never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. and Im not okay with things being exaggerated. once again sorry for anyone upset”
Bieber went on to promise that his Tuesday night show would start on time as planned. Bieber has a lot of upset parents and they even expressed their disgust to the BBC News.
Justin Bieber is getting a lot of backlash from parents and teenage fans for his lateness. Some of the fans were not even able to stay since he arrived a later time. Do you think this will hurt Bieber for his next shows? Sound off in comments below.
