Well it was bound to happen sooner or later. On Jan. 23, CNN reported that Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami. The list of charges is pretty lengthy and it is unclear if he will learn any lessons this time around.

Bieber was reportedly arrested for drag racing, DUI, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license. The 19-year old pop star was arrested at 4:11 a.m. and it looks like the DUI charges will be for a combination of alcohol and illegal drugs.

Details are still pretty sparse but officers have been quoted. Miami Beach Police Detective Vivian Hernandez said, “For his DUI charge it’s going to be a combination of alcohol and narcotics." Bieber reportedly admitted to using alcohol, marijuana and prescription drugs prior to racing down the Miami street.

According to the report, Justin Bieber's crew blocked off part of a Miami street and Bieber himself was caught in a rented yellow Lamborghini. Apparently he didn't learn from the death of Paul Walker just months before as Bieber was racing at speeds around 60 mph through a residential neighborhood where the posted speed limit is 30 mph.

When approached by officers, Bieber was said to have cursed out a Miami officer. Although he did not show any acts of violence, he was also charged with resisting arrest because he refused to remove his hands from his pockets. Due to a mandatory 8-hour holding minimum for DUI in Miami, Bieber will not be bailed out prior to noon.

Another musician, Khalil Amir Sharieff, was also arrested for drag racing with Justin Bieber. He was driving a red Ferrari.
