Justin Bieber's jail photos may never be seen by the public if his lawyers get their way. On Feb. 8, MSN reported that Justin Bieber's lawyers have filed court documents in order to block the release of photos that show Bieber in police custody. The motion to keep the photos out of the public eye comes after video footage of the pop star getting strip searched was released.

"While in custody at the Miami Beach police station, the defendant was captured on videotape in various states of undress which show intimate personal parts of the defendant's body," read the documents in part.

More Justin Bieber jail photos and/or videos would be huge on the Internet and would likely go viral -- even though a lot of people are sick of him, there is something really "special" about seeing a kid who is seemingly on top of the world be put in his place. Apparently Bieber's lawyers didn't know that the police station's surveillance videos would make their way out of Bieber's personal file -- but they are now taking the appropriate steps to ensure that nothing else slips into the wrong hands.

Chances are good that no more photos of Justin Bieber in jail will be released. A mugshot is really all people have to go on at this point.

It's unknown if the Justin Bieber jail photos will be used in any way in the trial but they could be used in a case against a police officer who was suspended for allegedly taking pics of the pop star at the Miami police station. Justin is due back in court on Friday.
