Justin Bieber was fondling a woman’s breast as they were posing for meet and greet photos. The offending photo was posted yesterday on Bieber’s official fan site, Bieberfever.com, but removed shortly thereafter.

The woman didn’t seem to mind being felt up by the 18 year-old pop-star, as she was seen smiling throughout the brief encounter.
This is just the latest in a string of incidents that have people wondering where this is all headed for the Canadian pop-star, as he’s been photographed mooning the camera, walking around half naked with his pants down to his knees, and smoking weed.
Maybe this is their way of creating publicity for Bieber’s latest album “Believe Acoustic,” that hit store Monday. The album features acoustic versions of some of his 2012 hits and three new songs.
It’s believed that the title track, “Nothing Like Us,” which includes lyrics like “I wish I could give you what you deserve,” and “Nothing can ever, ever replace you,” is about his recent breakup with Selena Gomez.
So where will this erratic behavior take the Biebs? Only time will tell.
