TMZ reported on March 26 that pop star Justin Bieber is under investigation for battery after allegedly getting physical with a neighbor. Soon after Bieber arrived home from Poland Tuesday morning, he reportedly got into a verbal argument with a neighbor over Bieber's Ferrari.
Sources first said the argument began over loud parties at Bieber's house while he was away performing in Poland. However, sources later said that apparently the neighbor really began screaming at Bieber over his Ferrari.
Bieber arrived back home from Europe Tuesday morning, but had his car delivered back to his house Monday night. The neighbor claimed that Justin raced his Ferrari up and down the streets of the neighborhood this morning. Other neighbors also spoke out that they felt Bieber's fast driving was putting the community in danger.
Sources also said that Bieber told the man to get off of his property and that no physical contact occurred. A spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department said the neighbor claimed the singer-songwriter got physical with him and threatened him.
This is the third time Bieber has been accused of battery. A former bodyguard for Bieber and a photographer both have accused him of battery and assault. Only one of those accusations actually resulted in charges being filed.
Bieber's recent anger issues are just a part of a long list of odd behavior the singer has been exhibiting lately, including passing out backstage at a concert, going half-naked in public and showing up late for gigs.
An update to the new battery charges has been announced stating that Bieber's security spoke with the neighbor and the police were called, but no physical contact was made. According to Justin and his security, the neighbor was escorted off of the premises while Bieber went back inside.
