Justin Bieber gets arrested

Justin Bieber was arrested today. Early this morning, Thursday, January 23, 2014 in Miami Beach, Florida Justin was pulled over for drag racing. Apparently when Bieber was pulled over by police for drag racing, he basically used profanity and dropped the F word quite a few times. This is when police obviously began to notice he had been drinking and not just drinking, he was wasted; police seem to think he was under the influence of both alcohol and drugs. It’s been reported that he was also resisting arrest.

According to sources (TMZ), Bieber was pulled over after drag racing his yellow Lamborghni and apparently when asked for his driver’s license and registration, he was driving on an expired license. After acting very belligerent towards the police, Bieber was given a sobriety test and failed after blowing a .04, which should be under a .02 to prevent you from being considered under the influence. Apparently, in Florida, if you’re under age 21 driving under the influence, this is considered underage drinking in which Florida is very strict on underage drivers under the influence. This can be cause for an automatic license suspension and more. Sources say, Bieber even admitted to police that he had been drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana, and prescription drugs.

You would think, after all the coverage on the unfortunate and untimely accident and death of Paul Walker, Justin Bieber would really think before getting into a car driving under the influence. Hopefully he will take this recent run in with the police seriously because now, he’s probably getting ready to face multiple charges (DUI, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and more).
