With December right around the corner, the latest in holiday toys are picking up buzz. This week, news was announced that the newest celebrity doll to hit the market would be the Justin Bieber doll. The doll comes just days after Justin Bieber's book hits shelves and just months before his 3D movie.
THE JUSTIN BIEBER DOLL: WHAT TO EXPECT
The pint-sized performer now comes in pint-size form and will be available for under 30 bucks. Starting December 4, the small dolls that can sing clips of Bieber's song favorites will be sold to the masses. Merchandising company Bravado and The Bridge Direct debuted pics of the dolls here and intro'd the line of accessories to be sold with the Justin Bieber figurines.
"They all appear to feature the same blank, freshly blow-dried expression, though vary slightly in how he's dressed," writes PopCrunch.com. Adding, "They'll also sing 30-second clips from songs like 'Baby' and 'One Less Lonely Girl'."
MTV.com reports that Bieber's new doll comes complete with "guitar, hooded sweatshirt, microphone and signature hair", adding that the new Bieber doll is "following in the footsteps" of other popular boy stars like New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys and NSYNC.
THE RICHEST BOY IN THE WORLD
Even before his album sales or doll sales digits, the teen pop star is reportedly already making over $300,000 per night he performs. Among top acts like Rascall Flatts, Keith Urban and Sugarland, the Smoking Gun reports that he's one of the top paid performers of 2010.
"The 16-year-old performer earns more per gig than established acts like Sheryl Crow ($146,500), Weezer ($150,000), and Bret Michaels ($64,000)," writes the online site, putting his cash incentive into perspective.

In addition to his holiday play doll, Justin Bieber is on the heels of more big Bieber stuff. In October, the Biebs will release his work of book art with publisher HarperCollins. According to reports, Bieber will reveal never-before-read details on his love life before coming a big star and even more Justin Bieber information will be dished out in his big screen flick.
"The film will come out February 11, 2011 on Valentine's Day weekend," says Manager Scooter Braun, adding that Island Def Jam chairman L.A. Reid will produce the film.
