Justin Bieber's horrific behavior recently has put him in jeopardy of hurting his “brand.” Just like “Coke and Pampers,” Forbe Magazine writes on April 6, 2013, Justin Bieber is a brand.
Not only does the teen crooner sell music, but his once sweet demeanor and clean-cut lifestyle had many people following his motto to “believe in yourself.” This led to big sales in all things Justin Bieber, like his fragrance, along with “scads” of merchandise tagged with his name.
Forbes suggests that his recent behavior is confusing the brand, which was built on his clean-cut and responsible life-style. This doesn't seem like that's the case today with his “f-bombs” and fighting with paparazzi. His pictures of him grabbing his crotch and his tendency to be a party boy today has spun his image almost 180 degrees.
Even other celebrities are voicing their opinions on Bieber's down fall, but he still swears that he doesn't have any and slams the media and anyone else who says he does. In the video above, a well-known name has something to say about his new shirtless look that he sports out and about, even in an airport.
While this type of behavior saw folks like Lindsay Lohan suffer greatly, maybe Bieber just doesn't think this could ever happen to him, but it has a way of sneaking up. He's already been banned from a few places, that's a start.
It seems as if it's apparent to most people today that Bieber's change is sending him in the wrong direction, everyone but him that is.
