TMZ published photos of pop star Justin Bieber, 18, on Saturday smoking pot and partying with a few friends that included rapper Lil Twist and a blonde who was with him in a hotel room at Newport Beach, California onWednesday, January 2.

According to TMZ the photos were taken just one day after 29-year-old papparazzo, Chris Guerra was hit and killed by an oncoming car after taking pictures of Bieber's white Ferrari who also claimed Bieber was smoking pot while he was driving his car.
Also according to TMZ sources who were at the party said it was Lil' Twist and his brother who were allegedly rolling all of the cigarettes and passing them around. TMZ also suggested that the blonde girl who was also at the party spent the night in the Bieb's room which would make his on-and-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez not too happy.
It was after the photos surfaced on TMZ when Bieber sent out a Twitter message to his fans. "Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up," he wrote last night. "Back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do what im supposed to be doing. performing. #BELIEVEtour."
