Unless you have been living under a rock, you are aware that Justin Bieber has been plagued with legal problems. From assaulting a limo driver to egging a neighbor’s house, Bieber is facing an all out legal assault. Yet, the case stemming from the egging incident recently took a turn for the worst. According to a Friday story by E! Online, it was revealed that Bieber may have been captured on tape celebrating with his friends after the incident.

Allegedly, Justin was seen high fiving his friends shortly after the egging attack. Not surprisingly, many have speculated that this will be extremely damaging evidence against the pop superstar. Interestingly, this information comes at a bad time for the Biebs because prosecutors are still trying to decide whether he will face a felony or misdemeanor charge.

Sadly, this is not the only bad news that the star may be facing. A Friday story by TMZ states that Justin Bieber was seen hiding behind a car on his property shortly after the attack, and he could be seen peeking his head out from behind the car. Not surprisingly, this has led many of Justin Bieber’s critics to cite this as proof of his guilt in the event. Yet, it remains to be seen if a court of law agrees with this sentiment.

Justin Bieber is no stranger to controversy and legal troubles. While celebrities have a long history of buying their way out of legal troubles, this approach may not be so easy for Bieber. The video surveillance of the egging incident may prove to be the downfall of Bieber. After all, the criminal charges he is facing carry severe penalties. Do you think this is enough evidence to convict Justin Bieber of the criminal charges? What do you think would be an appropriate punishment for Bieber if he is guilty of the charges?
