Justin Bieber's BFF Lil Za was arrested not once, but twice over the "egg throwing raid" that was conducted at Bieber's house on Tuesday. First, he was arrested at the house for what was believed to be cocaine possession. But then later, at the jail, he was arrested again for vandalism, E Online reported.
Lil Za was arrested at Bieber's house for drug possession. The drugs were in plain view, which means that they were fair game. Originally thought to be cocaine, it turns out the drugs were MDMA, a form of ecstacy also known as "molly."
He was about to post $20,000 in bail for the drug possession charges, when, TMZ said, "for some reason he flipped out and smashed a phone in the jailhouse."
Za was then almost immediately re-booked for vandalism. In total, his bail amounts added up to $70,000, a source told E Online. Depending on the value of the phone, the vandalism charge could be a felony.
Za was taken into custody for on suspicion of drug possession when authorities "raided" Justin Bieber's Calabasas, Calif., home. They were searching for evidence in the egging of Bieber's next-door neighbor's home. Bieber has been accused of the, which took place on Thursday, Jan. 9. Because of the value of the damage -- estimated at $20,000 -- Bieber is in danger of being charged with a felony.
Lt. Steve Whitmore said:
The houses in that neighborhood are of a quality that any damage is going to be extensive. So they had some imported wood and brick and that was significantly damaged.
