Justin Bieber arrested for DUI: It looks like all those bad habits have finally gotten Justin Bieber into trouble. According to a report posted on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at Yahoo! News, Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning for DUI and drag racing. Some reports claim the 19 year old entertainer resisted arrest, and was also charged for driving with an expired license.

An article from a Fox News affiliate says Bieber appeared to be under the influence of both alcohol and drugs when he was pulled over in the early hours of Thursday morning by Miami Police. According to TMZ, Bieber was taken into custody, and held while further testing was done "presumably to more precisely measure his blood alcohol level." Afterward he was transferred to jail where he was booked and processed.

Authorities say Justin Bieber had left a club early Thursday morning and decided to head to a residential area, where his "friends" blocked off the street so he could race his Lamborghini. That is when police arrived and arrested the him, and his racing opponent, Khalil.

Police say the initial "stop" was for drag racing, but since Bieber appeared intoxicated they gave him a field sobriety test on scene, which he failed.

Anyone hoping he'll have learned his lesson from this should consider his mug shot, which shows him smiling happily. That said, it is doubtful he's taking this arrest seriously.
