Pop star Justin Bieber is in some serious trouble. This time the “Never Say Never” singer was arrested early Thursday morning for drag racing and DUI in Miami Beach according to a report by NBC South Florida on Jan. 23.

According to police, the 19-year-old Bieber was in a rented Lamborghini when he was pulled over by police around 4 a.m. in the area of Pine Tree Drive and West 26th Street. After failing a sobriety test, Bieber along with the other driver in another car that was pulled over were arrested on the scene and taken into custody.

Luckily no one was injured in the drag race, but this latest incident involving Bieber is very serious. The young pop star is expected to be booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail later on Thursday.

Police are also investigating an unauthorized escort of the Grammy-nominated performer. According to Assistant City Manager David Chiverton, there was an “unauthorized detail” in Bieber’s escort to jail. He told the Miami Herald:

“We are trying to determine where the authorization for the officers to escort Mr. Bieber came from, where he was escorted and how many of our officers were involved.”

Still, it doesn’t look good for Justin Bieber, who continues his acts of what seems to be rebellion or just recklessness. He has been spotted in different places in Miami engaging in different activities, including a few strip club visits. Bieber is of legal age for some of the activities.
