It seems that Justin Bieber doesn’t learn how to drive safely. This time he wasn’t endangering the lives of US citizens. Instead, he was reckless in Canada. Justin’s lawyer claims that Justin wasn’t to blame for this accident. It’s the paparazzo’s fault.

Justin decided to take his girlfriend, Selena Gomez to spend the weekend in the small town in Canada where he grew up. According to The Star, an Ontario Provincial Police reports that a minivan and an ATV collided. A physical altercation took place between the drivers of the minivan and the ATV.

Allegedly, Justin was riding on an ATV northeast of his Canadian hometown, Stratford, when he crashed into a minivan driven by paparazzi. That's apparently when things turned physical.

Justin turned himself in to law enforcement. They arrested him for dangerous driving and assault.

This is not something that the young Justin needs on his record right now. He is on probation for egging his neighbor’s house. He was fined $80,900 in damages, ordered to do community service and take an anger management course.

In Canada, he was charged with assault in January, 2014. Justin allegedly hit the limo driver in the head several times. He has a September 8 court hearing on that issue.

Back in Miami, Florida, Justin has two pending lawsuits. One is a charge of careless driving and resisting arrest. The other is a charge from a photographer who accused Justin of roughing him up for taking his picture outside a recording studio.

Do you think that Justin will ever learn, or will he always be on the wrong side of the law? Should Selena find someone else to hang around with, or can she be a good influence on him? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
