Justin Bieber has been arrested in Canada. Following a romantic vacation with on-again, off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez, things took a turn for the worse for the legally-challenged singer.
According to a new report, Bieber was arrested on Friday, Aug. 29, in Ontario, Canada. And although he was later released from jail, this incident could prove problematic for Bieber.
"Justin Bieber faces new charges after police said Tuesday he was arrested for dangerous driving and assault following a collision between a minivan and an ATV that led to a physical altercation in southwestern Ontario," The Toronto Star reported on Sept. 2.
The site continued to report that Bieber and the driver of the minivan were reportedly not injured as a result of the crash, but may have been hurt during their physical altercation.
Although it hasn't yet been revealed whether or not Bieber will face any time behind bars in regard to his latest arrest, it may be a violation of his probation. Earlier this summer, Bieber was placed on a two-year probation as a result of an alleged egging of his former neighbor's home in Calabasas, Calif.
In addition to his Canada arrest, Bieber was also recently accused of robbery after he allegedly lunged at a fan in attempt to take a cell phone after the fan was caught snapping photos of Bieber and Gomez.
Bieber is due in court to address the issue on Sept. 29.
