In a Thursday night incident, pop star Justin Bieber has been accused of violating the "good neighbor policy" yet again. TMZ even has video -- though very dark and hard to see -- of the alleged egg attack (embedded).

According to the report, the unnamed neighbor -- who has had previous run-ins with Bieber -- "heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7:30 p.m. Thursday> When he stepped onto his second floor balcony, he said he saw Bieber below throwing eggs at his front door.

In terms of the video, perhaps the phrase should be reworded to be "alleged video" as it is so dark that nothing can really be made out. Audio is clear, though, with the neighbor heard saying "What the hell are you doing?" and "I see you. I f**king see you!" To that, Bieber reportedly shouts the response "F**k you!"

The shout-fest contineus for approximately thirty seconds, until the neighbor tells his thirteen-year-old daughter to call the police.

Law enforcement sources have confirmed that deputies responded and took an incident report from the neighbor. Reportedly, Bieber is now a suspect in a felony vandalism investigation, as the damage to the victim's property exceeds $400.

Based on what happened in the Bieber spitting case, we wouldn't expect this to go anywhere, though.
