JustFab and ShoeDazzle announced on Aug. 21. that the two companies will merge together to create a worldwide leader in fashion subscription e-commerce and redefine the way women shop online. With the merger both companies will be able to expand their market not only in the states but also internationally.
"Today we are creating one of the world's largest and fastest growing fashion e-commerce companies, with a clear path to creating a multi-billion dollar fashion company here in Los Angeles," said Adam Goldenberg, co-CEO of JustFab. "By maintaining the distinct JustFab and ShoeDazzle brands, we will be able to significantly broaden our reach in the United States, and continue to take substantial market share from traditional footwear brands, retail players and e-commerce competitors."

"This merger gives us the scale to create a truly global, multi-brand lifestyle fashion company."
JustFab Inc. in its portfolio includes JustFab with Kimora Lee Simmons as Creative Director, FabKids, which was purchased from Christina Applegate and Fabletics, Kate Hudson's capsule collection of athletic wear set to launch this Oct. ShoeDazzle considered to be the original online personal-styling innovator is an on trend personalized shoe and accessory company that features the likes of Rachel Zoe as its Chief Stylist. Both companies are know for providing high class service to their clients as well as great deals on shoes and accessories.
With this merger, both companies will be moved to a new campus in El Segundo, CA and are expected to see a significant increase in sales and combined will expect to be profitable in 2014.
