Jury recommends execution for Florida man convicted of murder
A Sarasota Florida jury Friday voted 12-0 for the execution of a man, who abducted, raped and killed a southwest Florida mother.
Execution was recommended for Michael King, 38. The judge must give the recommendation great weight when King is sentenced. He was convicted of first-degree murder last week.
DNA evidence and a 911 the victim, Denise Lee, a 21-year-old mother of two, made from King's cell phone tied him to the January 2008 crime.
The victim’s cries for help were heard on one of several 911 calls

Comments
So now that all 12 jury members, the judge, and prosecutors are guilty of condoning murder should we put them to death now, or wait until the condemned person is actually murdered?
The death penalty is murder.
