Bascule Farm is a beautiful equestrian facility located on 200 acres of rolling landscape in Montgomery County, Maryland.
The farm offers horse boarding, training, riding lessons and horse sales and is just 30 minutes from north west DC. It is conveniently close to Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Leesburg and Frederick.
A jumping show is being hosted by the farm in February this year.
When:
February 26th, 2012.
Entry desk opens at 8:00 a.m.
First class starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.
(The indoor warm-up will be open during entire show.)
What:
JUNIOR Puddle Jumpers
For riders up to 17 years old. 8-10 jumps on 18"-2' course with just cross rails and verticals. Wings will be decorated but there will be no jumping over barrels/boxes/flowers or combinations.
SENIOR Puddle Jumpers
For riders 18 and over. 8-10 jumps on simple 18"-2' course with just cross rails and verticals. Wings will be decorated but there will be no jumping over barrels/boxes/flowers or combinations.
Beginner Novice
9-12 fences, 2'6" with flowers, gates, barrels and oxers.
Novice
9-12 fences, 2'9" with oxers, fan, triple bar, etc.
Training
9-12 fences, 3'3" max with the above plus a Liverpool.

Cost:
Pre-entries: $15 per class – must be received by Wednesday before the show.
Post entries: $20 per class on the Thursday before the day of the show.
A current negative Coggins test within 12 months is required.
