Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital's Nutrition Clinic is offering you several chances to jump start your weight loss. Losing weight is everyone's resolution.
Their program is not just about losing weight. The Nutrition Clinic will help you eat healthfully and learn about nutrition as well.
You can even go on an "Eat Well Supermarket Tour" to help you through the grocery aisles.
All of the weekly topics are scientifically based, safe principles that include learning about portion control, using online food trackers and apps on your Smartphones, exploring "cleanse" diets and juice fasts, establishing a personalized exercise routine, and eating out sensibly.
Weigh-ins are optional and will be checked only twice during the challenge. Measurement of body fat percentage is also available.
This is a 6-week healthy eating and weight management challenge, which will be held every other Wednesday from 12:00p.m. to 1:00p.m. The cost is $60.00 with the added bonus of possibly earning back money for the pounds you have lost.
