Napa Valley Festival del Sole is only an hour from San Francisco and lucky for us it's considered one of the finest cultural festivals on the planet. Performers from around the world descend onto Napa’s lush landscape to inspire and entertain guests for 10 magnificent days from July 11 to 20.

Included in the line up is Conductor Carlo Ponti who will debut his new LA Virtuosi chamber orchestra on July 19 during a Bella Italia! tribute evening to screen legend Sophia Loren who happens to be his mother. Robert Redford will introduce the evening as celebrities and performers pay tribute to Sophia Loren at Far Niente winery.

Opening night, Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell kicks off the celebration with an intimate performance of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons in the courtyard of the Tuscan-inspired castle winery, Castello di Amorosa. Book your stay at Meadowood and attend one of the most celebrated events of the festival, the Meadowood Gala, which takes place on July 13, and this year features a majestic enchanted garden theme along with Cuban jazz legend and 10-time Grammy Award winner Arturo Sandoval.

Tiffany & Co. will host a dazzling luncheon on the iconic terrace at Auberge du Soleil where guests will be surrounded by twisted olive trees and have unsurpassed views of Napa Valley. The luncheon will feature a unique collection of magnificent diamond & gemstone jewelry and Tiffany & Co. Chief Gemologist Melvyn Kirtley will be on hand to discuss these treasures.

A patron dinner at HALL St. Helena takes place at this newly reimagined St. Helena winery estate from celebrated winemakers Craig and Kathryn Hall. The evening begins with a welcoming reception in the winery’s modern, sophisticated new tasting room that embraces visitors with an exquisite light installation by artist Graham Caldwell, hanging Chihuly glass sculptures and dramatic tapestry. Dinner follows on the lawn overlooking the Mayacamas to the west and a video projection by artist Shahzia Sikander on the restored 1885 stone Bergfield building. The evening ends on an unforgettable note –when opera stars Maria Agresta and Matthew Polenzaniperform a moonlight serenade from the windows of the historic building
