Undoubtedly, Sarah Geronimo is one of the hottest showbiz personalities in the country today, her blockbuster movies and sold out concerts in and outside the Philippines can be considered as proofs of evidence of her successful journey in showbiz ten years after bagging the title for “Star for a Night.” Last night, June 24, 2014, Sarah attended the coronation night of "Miss Manila 2014," but she has become the talk of town when the technical team has accidentally played the track that had vocals instead of using a minus one for her performance.

Reports said she was forced to interact with the audience while the technical team of a beauty pageant in Manila held at the Philippine International Convention Center was still fixing the problem. Despite the technical issue that nearly destroyed her performance in front of the Manilenos, Sarah Geronimo has successfully delivered her song number, and in case you missed, you can still watch her performance on the video-sharing website, YouTube.

Yahoo Celebrity Awards update: You guys knew that she is one of the strong candidates in the Celebrity and Female Performer of the Year Awards categories, but based on the partial and official results, the pop princess couldn’t win if the website (Yahoo) will stop the voting today because she is behind by 9% to Julie Ann San Jose in the "Female Performer of the Year" category and 46% to Kim Chiu in the "Celebrity of the Year" category.

It is quite obvious that Sarah is a much bigger star compared to Kim Chiu and Julie Anne San Jose, but like what the results said, she is in trouble as far as the survey is concerned. The message is clear, popsters should have to do something if they really want their princess to win even a title in "Yahoo Celebrity Awards." So, if you are a fan, this is your chance to vote for Sarah Geronimo using this link. It’s not too late, try to encourage your fellow popsters to vote.
