The dancer, actress, and girlfriend to celebrity host Ryan Seacrest, had been hitting plenty of red carpets lately, becoming a better and better fashionista with each stride into each event. This time she has hit the mark in a Tony Ward haute couture party dress emblazoned with dazzling silver sparkles.
Not only did this perky blonde pose for the big event held in one of downtown Los Angeles' most storied venues, but she did so by including a dance move as she swirled around to show how her full skirt can move. Indeed, the cameras connected with Hough as she took on the award show runway with considerable poise.
Julianne, who hails from Utah and who has recently been at the center of controversy after claiming abuse when she was a young dancer living and studying in London, wore her golden locks in a new hairstyle. The chin length 'do is a nice change of pace for this luminary who usually rocks very long hair.
That said, the best part of the sartorial statement made by Julianne Hough at the People's Choice Awards 2013 were her shiny metallic shoes, foot wear that made this petite star seem not only taller but also with shapely and very muscular pins that show she does a lot of leg work in more ways than one.
