Lindsay Lohan appears to be in a lot of trouble and the judge which has been appointed to her case may not now choose to make things any easier for her. Today, Jan. 25, 2013, Free Britney has reported for The Hollywood Gossip, Lindsay Lohan Court Case Transferred to Judge Who's Not a Fan. This week Lindsay's case was transferred to Judge Stephanie Sautner, who appears to have tried to give her some good advice in the past.
The Honorable Judge Sautner is the judge who presided over the troubled Hollywood star's jewelry theft case and who also supervised her while on probation. Judge Sautner issued a stern reminder at the end of that case, "The only thing you have to do is follow all laws… Live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work, OK?" Judge Sautner also said, "I don't expect to see you again. You know what you have to do. Well, actually this seemed like reasonable counseling advice from Judge Sautner, and a lot of people who have been confronted by less reasonable judges in such court appearances may have appreciated the green light to get back to work, earn a nice living and move ahead with their lives while simply leading a healthier lifestyle.
Jen Heger has also covered this story for Radar Online, Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Woes Continue — Case Transferred To Judge Who Warned Her To Stop Nightclubbing! Very unfortunately Lindsay did not take the wise words of Judge Sautner seriously. She will have to come face to face with this judge once again on January 30, when she appears for a pretrial hearing relating to her latest criminal charges of lying to cops following a car accident last summer. This is all really too bad, because in spite of allegations against Judge Sautner in the press of being too stern in the past, it appears this judge did something unsually humane on the bench by trying to give Linsday a real chance to start her life over in a healthy and productive manner after her past mishaps.
