On Dec. 18 Perez Hilton reports that despite Charlie Sheen's legal trouble with ex-wife Denise Richards, things are starting to turn around for him in regards to his custody issues with ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
Charlie was recently in trouble with DCFS, the judge presiding his custody case, and Brooke Mueller after he broke a gag order and called the judge "dishonorable judge d**chebag." However, since Brooke says she doesn't want to pursue custody battles, the judge has forgiven Charlie's discrepancies and has paved the way for him to regain 50/50 custody of his twin sons, Bob and Max, by allowing two two-hour supervised visits over holiday break.
If DCFS gives good reviews to Charlie over his visits, then he will eventually regain his 50/50 custody with Brooke. Currently, the twins are under the care of Mueller's brother while she continues outpatient treatment for her crystal meth addiction. Before, they were living with Denise Richards and their sisters, however, Richards says that she couldn't control the kids and was having trouble with them because of the limitations that Brooke set forth in disciplining the twins.
While Charlie is not having the best of times these days involving his legal custody issues, it seems that there is a tiny ray of light to still come out of this holiday season for Charlie Sheen.
