Joyce Giraud and the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are really at odds with one another. While the season started off decently, with the original cast members getting to know the new ladies, things quickly became strained between several of the ladies, and according to Joyce, things have gotten downright "vile."
"At the beginning of the show, I really stopped myself from speaking out and tried to remain a lady, I really tried to give the women the benefit of the doubt," Joyce told the NY Daily News on December 11. "Then it changed, because there is only so much a person can take. I was a bit disgusted to see how they treated me. I pitied their behavior because as grown women, we should not be acting that way. It is disgusting."
Things are often cordial at first, but once the ladies' true personalities come out, they are bound to butt heads. At the end of the day, these ladies are all strong women and having that many personalities forced to interact with each other regularly is bound to lead to tons of drama, which it has.
As for who Joyce really doesn't jive with, she admits that it is Brandi who pushes her the wrong way -- in a big way. "I think Brandi is just an evil girl, who plays the victim and tries to stab people and act like she’s the victim."
While Joyce has been painted in a pretty good light, she still claims that it is a bit frustrating to see the edits on the show. During the season, Bravo films tons of footage, but only certain scenes make it to the show which leaves gaps in the story lines and sometimes has fans reacting badly to the wrong person.
"Only certain (scenes) make it into the show," she said. "Sometimes you wish that certain stories were shown so that people could understand the backstory. And that’s a bit disappointing sometimes, as it drives me nuts that people could know what really happened."
