The witty, Jesus-loving Joyce Meyer has created an enormous audience by preaching a no-nonsense gospel.  She says it like she means it, “Stop whining!”  Her message has taken root in the hearts of Christians all around the world.  She preaches “do not allow yourself to feel sorry for yourself,” and it has sold her millions upon millions of books.
Meyer will be stopping in Nashville with her Joyce Meyer Ministries Conference tour 2009. Christian artist Matt Redman will be featured in her worship team starting at 5:30 at the Sommet Center on Broadway.  Meyer will be speaking Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Her conferences are power-packed and anointed.  Meyer takes on the hard issues rather it is facing your own bad attitude, knocking down satan’s lies or discussing the lack of women ministers with Larry King.
From prayer group to world wide speaker Meyer’s story of conquering her own mad emotions has won the hearts of the Church crossing all denominations.  Meyer is full gospel but her conferences are filled with members of the Body of Christ from all back grounds.
