Joyce Giraud opted out of Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y." music video

Joyce Giraud and Brandi Glanville were left out of the debut of Lady Gaga's recent music video release for "G.U.Y." -- but for very different reasons.

While Glanville was too busy to attend the filming of the video, Giraud simply didn't want to be a part of it.

"Joyce chose not to do the video," a source close to Giraud told Us Weekly on March 24. "She didn't want to. She was asked, but it was after the reunion and Joyce was over it."

On the latest season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Giraud was involved in tons of drama with her co-stars, so when it came to spending even more time with them off-screen, Giarud chose to sit out -- and who can blame her?

Being on a reality show can be extremely stressful, especially when six women with very different personalities are involved. So, when Giraud does have a break, she doesn't want to expose her life in that sort of way.

As for Glanville, she's been busy promoting her newest book, "Drinking & Dating," around the country, but tweeted to her fans, letting them know that her absence in the Lady Gaga music video wasn't something deliberate -- and that she is a big fan.
