Joyce Giraud has reportedly gotten the boot following just one season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. According to reports, she and Carlton just didn’t make the impact producers were hoping for, so they’ve opted to find someone new.

After the report hit the web, TMZ caught up with Joyce on Feb. 26, and during their run-in, she spoke about the possibility of not returning.

“I’m never going to compromise the integrity of who I am for a show or for ratings,” Joyce explained “I have a great life, regardless of the show or not.”

And if she does end up getting officially fired, Joyce says she’ll be just fine.

“I would not lose sleep over it,” she said, "but it is a mutual decision we have to talk about following the reunion.”

Joyce Giraud was a fun addition to the show, but when it comes to her chemistry with the other women, she didn’t seem to fit in all that well. Although she and Lisa Vanderpump are now friends, she doesn’t appear to have contact with any of the other women. And to make the next season great, producers need someone that can successfully establish relationships with all of the women.
