Joy Flash Mob comes to the Motown Winter Blast

A Joy Flash Mob alert for Metro Detroit. The Joy Flash Mob is changing things up a bit this time around. All of the other Flash Mobs have been on Sundays, but this time it will be on a Friday. As a matter of fact, the next Joy Flash Mob will be held next Friday, February 12, 2010 at 7:30PM. The dance will be done near the ice rink at the Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit. For those who are not aware of what a Joy Flash Mob is, it is a dance performed to share the joy of Jesus. The dancers are not introduced, they simply begin dancing at the start of the music, perform the dance, and then disperse back into the crowd after the song ends. It is a blessing to all who watch and perform. The dance is performed to Joy Unspeakable by Niyoki.

The practice for this Joy Flash Mob will be at the same location as last time. The Community Baptist Church of Garden City is hosting the Flash Mob practice. It is from 7-9PM on February 11, 2010. The church is located on Warren Avenue between Middlebelt and Inkster Roads.

I am posting a video for those who are not able to make the practice. This way, you can practice at home and be ready for the Joy Flash Mob next Friday.

Until next time may God bless and keep you, and may His face shine upon you. To our Lord be praise and honor and glory and power, forever and ever. Amen.

By the way, have you heard about the christian flash mob event that is being planned for 2011? It is international and will happen on resurrection sunday. If you think your school or group would be interested in participating please check out the details on this page. We also have a podcast interview with the planners of this event. They are from Budapest. Here is the link for more information http://blog.godsword.net/2010/11/inspirations_0082-creative-christians-b...
